You guys were there when I started, and I can feel that. You are always there to answer any question, and you couldn't be any faster at responding to the changes we ask for. You guys have been a great company to do business with.

I just wanted to take some time to thank you for the hard work you have put into both my Web sites. You’re always full of good ideas and present them accordingly. I realize I am one of many customers you have, but it honestly feels like my businesses are the most important, which I know they're not, but that’s what it seems like to me!

Bill, just a note to say how much I appreciate the good service you provide us. You and the rest of your great team are always available to answer any questions I might have about our Web site or just listen to whatever concern I may have, even if it’s just giving a listening ear about what’s currently going on with our business or to discuss the weather. I like the fact that I can update the site myself, but that your update department is more than ready and willing to do the updates for me a lot quicker than I manage to do them myself, even though I enjoy the option of editing the site myself.

We’ve been getting a lot of requests directly through the Web site and a lot of callers also tell us they found us on the Web. Even though there are several things I want to add to our site, we get a lot of compliments on our site from callers. They comment that they think it’s really a good Web site that gives the viewer a very good picture of who we are and the type of service we offer.

I also appreciate your suggestions for items to add to our Web site in order to get even greater results.
